Preservation and Renovation
We work within the city's guidelines to maximize livable space while preserving historic character. Usually this involves stripping the home to its bones, lifting it and digging out a basement. When finished, square footage will effectively double with the addition of a fully-finished daylight basement with nine-foot ceilings.
